Surface treatment process
1. Hot dip galvanized steel water tank
Carbon steel panel immersed in molten zinc solution to get Fe Zn alloy. Anti-corrosion from kinds of liquid
2. Enameled steel water tank
Enamel steel plate surface to prevent the steel plate from rust. One layer black outside, double layers white inside, it can store drinking water.

Introduction:
Galvanized Steel Combined Water Water Tank is punched by Q235A into standard plates, drilling around, after HDG treatment, assembly at site. When combined, the gap between two standard plates is sealed by silicon pad, connected by bolts;
Application:This water tank is widely used in storage and regulation of living water supply & construction water supply, and temporary water storage tanks for expansion of the heating system, condensate tank and construction, geological survey, industry, National defense project etc. Various industries, civil water supply, HVAC, firefighting, food, beverage, vintage, water treatment, medicine, petroleum, chemical and so on.
Structure: Using the 1000T hydraulic press mould one-time automatically press different size slad ( 1m x 1m, 1m x 0.5m and 0.5m x 0.5m), the size is flexibility from 0.5 M3 to 1500 M3

2. Better shockproof and shock resistant ability.
3. Because of the ‘’convex’’ design, the water amount higher ten percent than general water tank.
