Hydraulically Pressed Tank Panels with Double Flanges Compliant with BS 1564:1975 & SS 22:1979. Hot-Dip Galvanised (HDG)

Raytop steel water tank adopt Q235 B carbon steel as substrate, pressed by advanced intergrated molding technique. The pipe teminal will welded on the panels before surface treatment (hot dipped galvanizing).

HDG water tank includes four parts:

(1) Panels ( Bottom panel, wall panel, roof panel and manhole);
(2) Internal parts ( Internal ladder, tiepiece rod, support, flanges and rubber);
(3) External parts ( External ladder, angle iron, tiepiece board, bolts and nuts);
(4) U-steel base (surface treatment can be painted or hot dipped galvanized or stainless steel).

1.      The size of the steel panles are produced by standard with 4ft X4ft (1.22X1.22m),1X1m,1X0.5m and 0.5X0.5m;

2.      The panels thickness is depends on tank height; the maximum height avaliable is 5 meters
